How To Integrate Autoresponder Into Your MLM Business

As an internet marketer, chances are that you are already well aware of just how important it is to build rapport with your customers and prospects. Those MLM folks out there that don’t seem to care at all about their down line or customers cannot possibly do well, not in the long term anyway. People come to you because they have a need; what is the point of coming to you in order to have this need filled if they can find someone better, more caring, more knowledgeable, more ANYTHING to take care of that need for them? If they can find someone better for the job, you had better believe that they will go to them.

Where does that leave you? In the dust, and penniless at that. This is where autoresponder series can come into play. They can help your down line prospects and customers (prospective and otherwise) realize that you are human, that you do care, and that you do really exist. Using an autoresponder series to build a connection may be what sets your system apart from the rest.

When it Comes to Your Series, Make it Count

First off, it is important to realize that people are on your autoresponder list because they choose to be. Somehow, they filled out a form of somehow and let you know that they were interested in hearing what you have to say. Don’t be afraid to send out those emails, as most people realize they aren’t spam. This is one of the reasons why it is important to be sure to fill those emails with important stuff, things that matter to them. If the first email they get from you is a waste of your time you can believe that they will not be quick to open up the ones that come after.

Start off Slow and Build Up to the Good Stuff

Start out slowly. Introduce yourself. Introduce your business. Let people know what the purpose behind your business is. Are you looking to help people in some way or another? Did you come up from nothing and work your way to the top of your field? If so, let people know because it gives them hope and a reason to believe that you are not like every other email they get in their inbox.

This doesn’t mean that you should neglect the meat, the real reason why you have the autoresponder series set up in the first place. You have a purpose, whether it is to generate leads, to get prospects for your down line, or to simply sell a product. Perhaps you are looking to accomplish any or all of the above. Either way, building rapport doesn’t mean that you have to ignore those facts as people know that you aren’t just emailing them to chit-chat. Beware of the fine line between building rapport and neglecting a sales opportunity.
